The Eocene System is a comprehensive disease management system specializing in the
monitoring of patients with Diabetes. The Remote Home Companion collects data from
devices such as Glucometers, BP Cuffs and scales and displays the data from these
devices in ways that enable you and your healthcare providers to better manage your
disease.
The Eocene System provides many benefits to Patients, Dealers, and Healthcare Professionals
alike. Among them are:
Detailed Compliance and Outcome Reports - Shows how well a patient is managing their
disease. Displays USAGE as well as OUTCOME statistics.
Notifications and Alerts - Customizable alerts let Doctors, Case workers and even
family know when there might be a problem.
Refill Alerts - Patients never run out of supplies because the system keeps track
of their test strip usage and alerts your supplier when it's time to send more.
Compliance reports justify re-orders.
Safe and Secure - Uses the patients phoneline to call directly to our secure network,
no Internet connection is needed.
